The quality of this product…

The quality of this product is not as advertise. The pad is rough, the pump is cheap plastic and all hooks and hoses as well. The refund and satisfaction policies are not true and dealing with the company Is so frustrating. They only communicate trough email on expand of 24 hours. Even though this product is cheaper than others is not worth it to deal with a company who doesn’t care about its customer service.

I got this last year as my first SUP and love it! My Aussie (40lbs) sits in the front (mostly) and goes with me (170lbs) if the water temp is warm enough. I have been enjoying SUPing in local lakes, and took it once to Oriental, NC in the Pamlico river..beautiful, but the jelly fish were thick and it was very motivating to not fall! I use the pump, but it IS a workout to inflate. Love the convenience of throwing it in the car and going. It is light weight, and I am a 60 year old female, but can handle it fine. I did have to patch it. I had stupidly draped it over shelving to dry and the shelf had a sharp edge. Patch is holding fine and Freein sent me a larger patch of vinyl to get a better seal. I added a rubber dog mat on the front which did OK at first but now is not sticking very well after wintering. I like the kayaking option but honestly I have not used the seat or kayak paddle much. I usually opt for the paddle board but I do enjoy sitting some in coves to watch deer, osprey, eagles..etc. Looking forward to season 2 of paddle boarding!

We're really pleased with the Freein paddleboard. It's our first board so we were not too sure just how much to spend. It appears to be really well made. And is really sturdy. The options are fabulous, changing the paddle into a kayak paddles takes 20 seconds, and the seat is pretty comfortable and easy to fit. So, fingers crossed it will keep us amused for a long time. Excellent value for money.

I was looking for my first paddleboard to purchase and came across this. The fact it was only 17 pounds was a HUGE plus for me. I also liked that it came with a kayak seat as I like doing both paddle boarding and kayaking and I'm able to do both on this. It was fairly easy to inflate with an adapter I bought and plugged into my car. I didn't have much luck with the hand pump that is included although my boyfriend used it to top off after we transported them in his truck. It works, but just don't have the power to inflate the whole thing manual. Easy enough to buy an adapter and plug it into my tire inflator pump via my car's 12V. This was half the cost of my boyfriend's board and the big difference is his has a heavier weight capacity than mine, but it was also heavier to move around. His was also 2 inches wider and 3 inches longer. Not any big deal for me. He tried mine and liked that he could go much faster on it than his, but we both found it slightly less stable than his. For someone 5'2 and 130 pounds like myself it was perfect. We've only taken them so far in local lakes, but do hope to give it a try on the local Chattahoochee River. Overall I'm quite happy with this purchase. Fabulous first board for me at an economical cost.
