Purchased the 10' version of the Focus Classic and have really enjoyed my first couple outings. I was interested in something that could be surfed and also enjoyed by other family members in flat water.
Pros
Trimmed and turned well in waist high surf. Ease of entry was also great. I think I may be a bit heavy at 200lbs but got the hang of things rather quickly.
Cons
Less of a flat water paddler than I anticipated.

The classsic has a very good shape that makes it easy to catch waves with it. Also, the 180 litters gives you a great float ability even for somebody heavy (like me, 96 kg).
