The size designation is L-XL; I am 6'2" 187Lbs. the jacket fits my daughter 5'7" 110lbs.
The concept of the jacket is good (I have 1 of the original designs). This time around they changed the strap design - it has limited torso adjustment. At full extension the waist belt was 4" above were it should be. There are no pockets, no knife clip. Maybe you could use it for white water or a ride on top of but nothing with a seat.
I do like the reflective tape on the jacket. I would be able to find it when it came off or out from under the deck straps.
