This paddle’s blades are hand-crafted using Aqua-Bound’s unique web of woven carbon fibers along with our proprietary resin and foam-core compression molding. Like all of Aqua-Bound’s performance kayak paddles, the Spindrift Carbon’s shaft is 100% T-700 aerospace-grade carbon. This combination creates a paddle that’s strong but super-light with a low swing weight. The Spindrift also offers a telescoping ferrule with infinite feathering angles. If you have multiple boats, the telescoping ferrule makes changing paddle length a breeze.
