Excellently padded full-deck and buoyancy of this board was inviting enough for our water-timid dog to climb aboard. This SUP is a little thicker than our original 12' purchase from SUP ATX 4 years ago and easily glides with our 70 lb 'pup' and my body weight. We're not really yoga people, but this board is very stable and would accommodate yoga easily.
