I own an Advanced Elements Advanced Frame kayak (AE1012). I recently purchased an AE Touring Spray Skirt (AE2007). I found it very difficult to mount the skirt on the kayak coaming. The circumference of the coaming is about 84”. The circumference of the skirt where it fits over the coaming is about 110”. This means you need to shorten the skirt circumference about 25” with the bungee to get it to fit snugly on the coaming The Touring spray skirt material is stiff and wouldn't gather sufficiently on bungee, resulting in a fairly loose fit. When kayaking in class II+ rapids, substantial water splash still entered the kayak (I'm not sure from where) and I still had to bale. Water also puddled on the skirt in front of me - again because it was too large. I recognize that skirt is not advertised for splash, but I had higher expectations. The WEB site gives no information on mounting the skirt.
