My Husband and I bought 2 NSP HIT Paddle Boards. After approximately a year and a half, we shipped one board to Eleuthera Bahamas. a week later we discovered the board had started to delaminate. We called the place we purchased it from as the website suggested. After weeks of attempting to get some compensation, we were told due to the warranty being expired we were out of luck. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service. The idea that they are indestructible was the selling point for us and compelled us to spend a little more than we had planned. We love the boards but would not recommend them due to the poor customer service and obvious flaw in advertising.

This was my first SUP. I still have it five years later because it's a well-designed, sturdy board. Mine is a 2011 model, which was thick and heavy, but it's a good all-around board. I did an eighteen mile paddle on this, so it can do distance fairly well. I also learned to surf on this. With the weight you probably can't do more than a turn, but I had a great time.
Pros
This is a jack-of-all-trades board. It's wide enough to be stable, but not so wide that it feels like a barge. The construction is more durable than most boards.
Cons
It's heavy. It has an old fashioned straight handle instead of the improved "Y" handles.
Usage
I've used it for almost everything.

I am a experienced kayaker, but had never tried a SUP board before I purchased a used NSP 11' ex-demo board in black camo. I was surprised to feel how stable it is and how fas it reacts to the paddlestrokes. It is really easy maneuverable to be 11'long. I will sure have lots of fun with this board in the future.
Pros
It is lightweight with a good grip to carry it. Feels stable and safe while still being easily maneuverable.
Cons
Haven't found it yet.
Usage
Touring and exercise

Purchase the NSP E2 for my partner for xmass, making sure it would also be a board I could borrow on occasion to hit some waves. It has rely delivered as a versatile, stable and easy to carry board. Great for flat days cruising as well as riding 1-2 ft waves. The kids love sitting on the front to and going for rides.
Pros
Best carry handle I have come across. Light weight, durable, and easy to turn even at 11'
Cons
nothing really
Usage
Great allrounder for touring or small wave surfing.

I tried paddle boarding one year ago and within 2 months I bought an 11 foot nsp which I love! This board is a great beginner board with it being very easy balance and paddle.
Pros
Great buoyancy. Very durable. Long enough two people can be on board. Good beginner board for balance. Easy grip to hold with me able curl my fingers around handle.
Cons
It's 11 feet long so it can be difficult to transport in vehicles and manauver in my apartment
Usage
Touring and excersing. Joy and pleasure

I was on a surf trip to South Devon (CroydeBay) last year, had a few days decent surf then midweek it went super flat! I rented a 11' NSP Sup board to try it out having never done Sup before. Had such a fun day and even managed to surf it in a few little rollers when they turned up.!
Pros
Lightweight for a 11' long board. Easy to carry with built in handle and very very stable and easy to ride. You just need balance!
Cons
11' foot long! Make sure you have garage space! Only used it for a day so no major cons.
Usage
Flat sea / little surf

This is one board that does it all! I LOVE the stability in "flat" water riding multiple crisscross boat wakes. I am not an experienced surfer but I caught the first wave that came along (about 5'). My surfing buddies rode it without the paddle and had a hoot. they said I had picked an awsome "stick".
Pros
First of all it's pretty, ours are Blue Camo. Lighter than other 11s. The square tail helps it catch anything that even looks like a wave, even a boat wake.
Cons
Sorry I just can't think of anything.
Usage
My wife and I use our boards for everything except racing. Sometimes we pack a lunch, lawn chair and spend the day on our boards. We both have NSP 11s.
