The 10'-6" Wai Ono is all-around paddle board and I have used it on lakes and ocean waves. It glides fine and it is stable. The problem is quality. The shell gets scratches easy. Also the attachments of fins are not proper. One fin just detached on the ocean, and leave a hole on the board, where water can go inside to the board.
The other problem is that it is difficult the get contact to this company. Emails do not get responses. Calls go the the voice mail. I finally got response to the text message.
I would not buy Wai Ono or any Wai Sup board again, because of the low quality and possible warranty problems.
