Easiest handling Kayak ever, carves turns like butter. It's a Hurricane 140 S (14 ft., built for a smaller person), smaller cockkpit and lower profile. The Kayak is pristine, always washed after use and coated with 303® Marine Protectant. Everything you need for a smaller person. I'm 5'4", 135 pounds, this kayak was perfect; it fit like an extension of me, beautiful ride.
The 140 S offers capacity for gear (2 large hatches), it is fast, tracks great, and handles heavy chop with ease. Overnight kayak camping is a breeze (the hatches are large to hold plenty of gear). When out on a day paddle, I to put the Kayak Dolly in the rear hatch so I didn't need to shoulder it later.
I have 2 Paddles, Cockpit Cover, Spray Skirt, Kayak Cover (that slips over the entire kayak) and Kayak Dolly.
This is the perfect Kayak for the 100 lbs to 170lbs, 5’ to 6’ kayaker. If you are a smaller guy or gal, this is for you because it handles beautifully.
