Rented this board for a few days and wasn't too impressed. I thought it was difficult to maneuver and I felt like a sail in the wind. The board was heavier than the two I own and I thought it was hard to lift in and out from a dock. So much so, that the board dinged the side of the dock and I had to pay for a patch when I returned it early as I didn't want to water log the board.
Pros
Flat bottom made it stable.

Too heavy.

My brother has one of these and I love paddling it every time I visit. He lives on the gulf coast of florida and the board handles well in the multiple paddling conditions the area provides. Stable and provides a great work out.

A little slower than my cousins board but he is a professional paddler :).
