This was a very stable board in flat water in a town lake. I am under 200 pounds and I had no trouble in turning with the V in the tale. I really liked the stability and I look forward to purchasing one( My friend loaned me his).
Pros
Stability and easily turns. Paddles well.
Cons
Not the fastest board but very versatile and very stable.

I just purchased this board, but I have to admit I am very impressed at the quality. It is made in China. And it has a Chinese price. However, it is built much better than the competition. It uses multiple 6oz fiberglass layers, with a 5 mil layer of bamboo sandwiched in between. The board does not dent easily like much of the competitors. And it's beautiful, to boot. Best of all, it came with a custom fitted fiberglass paddle, not some adjustable piece of garbage.
The board purchase was easy and I loved the customer service. They were very knowledgable and helpful. They took the time to find out how I wanted to use the board and my experience level, as well as my storage and transport requirements. I came to replace my homemade cedar board with a new one costing a few thousand dollars. I left spending only a fraction of the money for a very nice board and a custom-cut paddle. They threw in some neoprene coated board straps and even loaded it on top of my car. Couldn't be more pleased.
Pros
PRICE! Discount for local pickup!
Quality
Customer Service is top notch.
Cons
The fins are definitely cheap, but I would probably break them either way.
Wish it was made in USA
