Launched at Stewart's Point at Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Paddled north along the shore and back. Spectacular scenery. Saw grebes, a coyote, a hawk and a wild burro. Some interesting flowers blooming along the shore. A huge bull came down to the shore from the desert to get a drink. Amazing such a large animal can find forage in this stark landscape.
