Definitely a favorite. We love Salt Spring Island (one of the Gulf Islands in the Strait of Georgia between mainland British Columbia, Canada, and Vancouver Island), and this is one of the beautiful side trips Karen and I did off the south end of Salt Spring Island to Russell Island. Nice sheltered bay with lots of little islands to explore. Russell Island was fun to picnic at and hike around. There's a historic homestead on the island.
