My girlfriend and I have two old trucks for transporting. We are in east,central Illinois,near the Kankakee river. We put in at Eagle Island landing with one truck there and we get out at McQueens* landing in Aroma Park,I’ll .It is not a real fast river but a relaxing paddle.We stop at my American Legion on the river for a stretch,a bite and a drink. We can’t wait to get out there this year.
* named after Steve McQueen. His last movie was filmed there before he died.
