I took my sons small 8 footer out just to test it. This launch area was very small but open to the public. Launch pad was very muddy, but could be because of all the rain. It is the Schuylkill so be prepared for the Center to flow fast but the edges of the river are very nice to paddle up and down on. Will launch from here again.
