Put in at Lackey Pond Dam on Lackey Dam Rd. Current over the dam was very slow. Paddle out towards the opposite side of the pond. Many weeds, although not.obstructing path through to the Mumford. Saw heron, turtles... Water chestnuts are beginning to take over the north side of the pond. Once at mouth of Mumford beautiful approx mile trip up, under 146 and slightly further obstructed by trees.
Conditions
Slightly weedy, many water chestnuts. Could only travel part way up the Mumford due to downed trees.
