City Beach launch point is an easy launch point for kayaks. The fee was $3.75 per kayak on the day we went, which was a Sunday. A regatta was active on the north side of the lake, which was very neat to watch. There are some spots shallow enough for a swim. Kayaking is fun on this lake. There's a parking lot at the City Beach launch point, which also has a small beach and a playground.
