First paddle on Bea, Mistral All Round 10'6". Started at Apperley Bridge Marina. 1.2miles total. North to Dobson Locks, turned around and south past marina and under Harrogate Rd, turned around and back to marina.
Famil of swans followed me from marina South, passed me in my way back. Gave them a wide berth but they were v placid.
