This is the best put-in for the upper stretch of Buffalo Creek below Rt 422. At the end of the church parking lot is a path that leads down to the creek. Perfect for kayaks, would require some bushwhacking for canoes. A low head dam is just above this location limiting access further upstream, or requiring a portage around it.
