Road allowance with access to Three Mile Lake located at 1322 Sam Cook Rd. Surrounded by Jevins and Silver Lake Conservation Reserve, other than some signed private property in the southwest portion of the lake. Limited parking onsite. The last kilometer of Sam Cook Rd is only one car width, large crushed stone and may not be suitable for all vehicles. Easy shore launch with a smooth, gradual slope.
