Description
Unimproved carry-in site for small paddle craft and inflatable boats with trolling motors only. Surprisingly busy for such a small pond. A favorite among the locals. It's an absolutely stunning pond - one of the smallest in Lincoln County with public access but some of the cleanest water around. Relatively overutilized compared with its size and tends to be a favorite swimming hole among local residents - with permanent structures for diving.
Definitely a favorite spot with the local residents so PLEASE be courteous if you choose to explore this amazing little 22-acre slice of paradise!
Not sure if it's an official rule but I've never seen a gas engine on this pond so please avoid gas outboards and just use a battery and trolling motor if you have to. Because it is so small, it would be easy to pollute and destroy so more so than in many other places, be very mindful of what you leave behind. There are also beavers and lots of wildlife that live in harmony with humans so please consider them as well.
