Nice lake to paddle on, easy for beginners. You have to get buy a permit from the visitor centre before driving back to the water sports car park. You can buy a day permit week or annual permits. There are toilets and a cafe at the main car park with a nice play park for the kids. Parking is £2 for 2 hours or £4 for all day
