Description

Parked and launched from here for an 8 day kayak paddle in backcountry camping trip. Immediately paddled into Pickerel Lake via a small river at the west end of French Lake. My wife and I had three different sites over 8 days, in Pickerel and Rawn lakes. We had to portage once from Rawn to Art Lake and back for a day paddle explore. Beautiful, quiet and pristine country.
