Description
Small boat ramp to launch from. I left from here and paddled around the small island that sticks out a half mile to the south. No pass required. Almost empty parking lot the day before 4th of July.
Lots of beautiful birds, and the water was very shallow on the east side of the island, made for a clear view of some nice seaweed and few waves.
It gets extremely windy in this valley, so aim for the morning and be prepared for sudden speed and direction changes. Tons of bugs especially on land, bring bug spray.
