This a great kayak for rivers and especially spring runs here in Florida. It has a nice wife opening to get in and have room to move your legs around during multiple hour trips. It is very stable and tracks well once you get use to it. There is no flotation in the bow so get bags to help or don't plan on taking it anywhere you can't swim it to shore. With the high sides self recovery is very challenging.
