I came across this company on google, after researching paddle boards I found this small company and loved the look of the wooden boards. I had purchased the board in the beginning of January and didn't receive it until august/september 2019. When the order was made they told me the board would be ready the first or second week of Feb 2019 (NOT TRUE!!). After waiting all this time, when I went to go pick up my board he was still buffing it when I arrived at the shop to pick up, had scuff marks where it looked like someone hit the wall with it that left scratches along the side. I had purchased the storage racks as well, and the company was unaware of my complete order and told me they were not made and had to wait until for them to be made and could pick them up when my mom picks up her board. (my mom cancelled her order) Since then, I have emailed the company numerous of times asking about my storage racks and not response has been made, Ive even called and left a voice message and not even a return call. Can't even get my money back. Do not recommend this company, poor communication and false timelines along with imperfections on board, not worth the price paid.
