I have the 13-foot long Shadow in fiberglass and it is, hands down, the most enjoyable to paddle canoe I have ever owned or had the opportunity to paddle. Phil Siggelkow hit the ball out of the park with this one. The boat seemingly has an instinctual feel for where I want it to go and what I want it to do, almost like it's reading your mind. It's surprisingly quick for a 13-foot boat, tracks great when level and turns beautifully when heeled, especially to the off-side. I have a small lake less than 15 minutes from my house, and I'm there with my Shadow every chance I get. I can't say enough good things about it.
