I bought one of these used and am 5'8" and 155lbs and it fits me great. I bought this for a trip on lake superior to pictured rocks. It was a camping trip that I needed a weeks worth of gear. Some how I could pack it all. Lots of storage for a narrow kayak like this. We were camping on grand island which is 5 miles or so out and as my luck is the weather was bad. With the wind being 10 to 15 mph I didn't experience much weather cocking but did notice it plows threw waves instead of going over them. But in its defense with me and gear it was loaded up. The back hatch leaked a little 8 oz or so but in bigger waves. All in all it was a great yak i felt safe and never felt like it was tippy. Tracked well and likes to go straight. So turning you'll need to edge it in tight corners. All in all great kayak and glad I got it. Try one out, you'll find out why it was day touring yak of the year numerous years! Thanks for reading
