The Delphin 150 Surf is a fun boat to paddle in whitewater or ocean play conditions. It has great primary and secondary stability. It is easy to edge, roll and turn. It is a heavy kayak, so it demands energy to accelerate when starting from a stop position. Plus side of the weight: it is a tough kayak, almost indestructible. The whitewater brace, beam, and seat also make it a snug fit and your feet are always steady, thanks to the footplate. It is a good compromise when you want a play and day touring kayak in just one boat.
