I bought one in Feb 2017. Didn't have a chance to try it until June. First time on the water the paddle was broken after 10 strokes. It looked like it had a crack at the left wing (It is possible that it was not even a manufacturing issue, but broken during transportation). I sent the detailed pictures to Tantrum Tow Ropes. They investigated it and in four days I received a replacement. I did already more than 100 miles with the new paddle and it was not really recreational paddling, I did it pretty hard. The paddle is just amazing.
