The Aegean is an absolute blast. Its big, its roomy , its stable and its just tons of fun. Perfect for all conditions including lakes, rivers, bay and especially the ocean. Almost impossible to flip but if it does, just climb back on. If you have a large family or large dogs that you wanna take with you...load 'em all on and head out. This thing will hold your whole family. Ocean Kayak discontinued it but if you can find one on the used market, grab it.

Love the Carolina in all lengths. In my opinion one of the best light touring kayaks made. I've paddled hundreds of yaks and just love the Carolina. Simplistic, carefree paddling. Long enough for large bodies of water, small enough for the river. Can't say enough about this boat.

I own a 17' plastic Tempest. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this is the absolute best plastic kayak on the market today. I've owned over 50 kayaks and this is far and away my favorite. I can't say enough about it.

Absolutely love this surf kayak. Its a surfing machine. Been surf kayaking for about 6 years now and can't say enough about this kayak. Easy to paddle, turns fast, stays in the wave. I added 3 fins and thigh straps to mine so its easy to carve in the waves. Only complaint is the spot you put your feet. Ankles always hurt by the end of the day but its tolerable. If you're a Frenzy or Yak board person, move up to this kayak for big surf. You won't be sorry.
