This is the first kayak I have owned. I have used Necky kayaks at my buddies dive resort for years and was looking to buy one at a local kayak sale. When I went I could not find a Necky model that fit me as well as this Boreal Sedna. I'm 6'5" and since it was the last one left I jumped on it. I have only had it out twice but I am very happy with it especially at the price I paid about 65% of the regular price. I found it quite fast and responsive and easy to steer with the rudder. It also feels stable. Not much else to say. For the price I paid I don't think I could have done better.
Just had my Sedna for a couple of weeks. It is a sleek boat and tracks and glides well in the calm bays around our island the couple of times I have had it out. It is also light enough that I can get it on and off of my van myself. Mind you I am a tall dude.
