the first one we bought had a seem rupture on the first outing. had to paddle flat kayak to shore. took a month to get a replacement since everybody out during pandemic. the new one works fine- but piece snap and break off like the cheap plastic buckles that secure the seat to the kayak. also the little mounting tubes that insert into the slots on the side (for mounting rod holders or to be used as carrying handles, etc) come aprt and fall off. other than all of the cheapMade in China snap-n-break plastic parts though, this hads been a pretty good kayak for fishing. would not use for anything else tho.
