I've tried them all.
It's like Goldelocks.... some are too hot, cold, hard, soft
But the Rover is just right.
Very stable, fast, and cool looking.
I've encountered purposes, sharks, gators, and big dark shadows in the water - never once did I feel insecure or vulnerable - at least not when I'm on the Rover.
It's da bomb on the river, beach, ocean, lakes, and canals.
No lie
Pros
Stability, looks, speed
Cons
A little heavy if you have to carry a long way
Usage
Exploring, cruising, touring
Very smooth and reasonably…
Very smooth and reasonably quick board considering its size, although certainly not a race board. Extremely stable and tracks very well. Heavier than most boards which you notice when loading on the car, but with lots of tie-downs, is great for daytrips, etc. Great board for what it does. Just don't expect to win any races on it.
Pros
I like that you can carry enough stuff on the board that you can do a short camping trip. Not too many boards out there that can carry a 225 man plus another 70 pounds of equipment.
Cons
It is heavier than most other boards on the market which makes it a bit more awkward when loading on the car. Certainly not as quick as many other 14 foot boards on the market.
Usage
Exercise and day trips.
Very stable, smooth board…
Very stable, smooth board that is great for touring. Can take lots of weight and has sufficient tie-downs to carry supplies for a couple of days of paddling. I don't fish, but could easily use it for that as it is so stable.
Pros
That it can take my 225 lbs and carry lots of stuff besides. Cruises very nicely. You won't use it for racing, but it does what you want it to do.
Cons
Almost too stable. A little heavier than most boards which makes it a bit inconvenient for casual use. Amazing how a difference of 6 (or so) pounds can make in ease of use (loading on car, etc).
Usage
Mostly for exercise - day trips.

This board rocks! (in a good way) Way stable but fast, long but sleek. I researched extensively, checked every website, every review, hit every store and tried out many boards. This is the board for me; 6', athletic, 220 lbs, surfer/skateboarder. This thing will fly even with kid & dog onboard.
Pros
Stable, fast, way cool looking, yellow really stands out. You can race, cruise, chill, fish or even sleep if inclined- yeah, it's so stable that you have confidence to actually enjoy surroundings instead of worrying about tipping. Faster than anything I've tried to include 10-6, 11-6, 12-6. I went against a race board (the dude smoked me) but I hit decent speed and enjoyed it while he was burnt out. I finally found a board that makes me feel like I'm in Hawaii. Easy to load onto suv roof.
Cons
I'm a surfer so anything over 6 foot seems big to me, every PB is huge to me. Wish it had scratch guard considering I'm a klutz.
Usage
Excels in lakes, rivers, big creeks. Haven't tried ocean or surf yet. Might add a chair/cooler to sit on. From my expereinces, if your going against strong wind - its gonna suck regardless of board. Considering a trolling motor but haven't figured out how just yet.

Great Board for a bigger man. Stable and can carry a lot of gear. All around I'm very happy for flat water touring.
Pros
Stable, smooth, Great carrying capacity.
Cons
Heavy, a bit of a tug boat going through water.
Usage

A great board for River camping and exploring of any kind. Holds plenty of gear, is very stable and a true blast to paddle.
Pros
Stability, tie downs, tracking
Cons
Tail fin as come loose several times and needs to be tightened
Usage
river camping and exploring, and recreational lake paddling for exercise
