I've owned a NELO Navigator in E construction for a year now. The size listed is not accurate, it's actually 18'6" long, 21" wide (or at least for my 2010 model). My E constructed Navigator is the lightest of NELO's constructions utilizing honeycomb core and vacuum infusion, all carbon - mine comes in at 39lbs - including adjustable seat, deck rigging, hatches, and SmartTrack rudder.
The hull is a soft chine, with good initial and secondary stability, it allows for some edging. The Navigator is classed as a large-capacity touring sea kayak, but I experience it as a speed machine that can carry lots of stuff. It's very responsive to the slightest movement of any part of your body.
Thoughtful deck rigging and choices of seats. KajakSport hatches are used for front, rear, and day hatch. Scalloped fore-deck helps keep the paddle from digging the deck/hull edge. No compass well. Very large cockpit makes for easy entry. This kayak can easily accommodate very tall paddler. I'm 6'2", 190lbs and the cockpit has lots more room for those with longer legs.
I've gotten the kayak up to 10.6kts in neutral water (no wind, no current), and it easily cruises at 4.6-4.8kts.
