How much will shipping cost on my order? That depends on the overall weight of your package. The shipping cost is calculated before you complete your order.
How will my order be shipped? Paddling.com uses the US Postal service to ship 99% of the orders. Occasionally, large orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If items you ordered happen to be out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped? Paddling.com sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan, so our typical lead times are below:

Paddling.com is based in Michigan but will gladly ship orders to Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order after it has shipped Paddling.com sends all of its orders from its headquarters in Michigan and normal shipping time is 7-10 days to Canada (depending on international customs).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. DVD's can only be returned if unopened. Defective DVD's will be replaced with the same product.
