At 66 years old I was a little worried about stability with the Pocket Rocket but found that I was as comfortable as on a Hero which I also loved. Speed, turning ability, flowtation and awesome construction are all included in the Pocket Rocket. I see no reason to our purchase any other brand paddle board then a Starboard, they are well designed, very functional and even good to look at. The construction of the board is also conducive to traveling. Pros Speed. Stability Cons There is nothing I do like about the board Usage Surf and bay paddling for exercise.

I was looking for a rippable sup that would be maneuverable like a shortboard but also nose ride. I love this board. Definitely my go to board. It can be ridden knee high to double overhead. Pros Super loose board like a shortboard with some longboard nose riding for some soul. Cons None Usage Surf only

A great board for UK conditions if a little fragile! Pros This board is so easy to surf and make the most of the fairly average, messy waves we most often get in the UK. It accelerates fast, turns well and in the TAC finish looks amazing. Cons The TAC (wood) finish is quite fragile but looks great so its a compromise worth making. The supplied fins are really cheap and not fitting for a £1000+ board. Usage Surfing
