All Sea-Lect Nylon Fairleads are designed with a molded-in recess in the base. This traps the sealant in place providing a more watertight seal. Sea-Lect Fairleads are ideal for control lines. They should be used in straight run applications and are not recommended for directional changes or to be used with wire rope.
