I bought my 1961 Wood/Fiberglass Old Town Trapper in 1982. I have done numerous BWCA trips with it. It's light weight is much appreciated on long portages. Works well as a tandem or a solo. Has enough capacity for about a weeks worth of supplies as a tandem. Available as wood/fiberglass or wood/canvas. Highly recommended.

I've had this marvelous wood and canvas Trapper canoe since the early 1970s. We always get raves from bystanders when we pull it out of the water at Fallen Leaf Lake, CA. It is in pristine condition with some minor improvements--floor boards. It looks nearly new. It is one of their lightest canoes.
