I've had 3 of these kayaks for 14 years now and still going strong. They have gone over rock after rock, kids drag them over the dirt and still in great shape. I have one old town and its like knew because everyone would rather have the heritage.

I have had this kayak for 8 years. The first thing you need to do is throw the seat band away. I went to walmart and bought a boat seat that is 16 inch wide. Use 2 inch PVC under it to raise it up. It is great for the price.

My first yak. Got it in June…

My first yak. Got it in June at Academy Sports for good price-$350. Great yak, easy to maneuver, tracks great. I fish on rivers and lakes and never had any problems with this yak. Light weight and easy to transport in my pickup. Fishing rod holder accessories come standard on this yak. Only complaint is the seat-Angler 10 only comes with back band. Got an inflatable hunting seat and now good to go. Warranty replaced broken paddle holder with no problems. It's true, once you go yak fishing you'll love it!

The Angler 10 was my first…

The Angler 10 was my first kayak, and I've had it for about 3 years now. It is absolutely perfect for small streams and rivers. I did eventually buy a Pescador 12 because the Angler wasn't ideal for open water on local lakes, but it served that purpose well for a couple of years before I added to my fleet.

The Angler is still my go to yak for hitting the river after work, and it makes a great buddy/daughter kayak for when I have company on a fishing trip. The Angler is ridiculously light and stable. Great yak for the $$.
