The Gnaraloo Soft Sup is an excellent beginner, or seasoned vet type of board. Works well in both flat and wavy waters. I have used it to go on long eco tours in our river and also used it to hit the waves across the street in the ocean. Its nice and wide which makes balancing a breeze. Get yourself a quick blade paddle and your off to the races.

I explored this board at a local rental shop for the afternoon and it is great! I took it out in fairly calm conditions with a little on shore chop which the board handled fine! It has a super wide and stable base and a comfortable soft top with decent traction.
