Double Diamond Specs and Features

  • Material Description: Carbon Construction - A combination of proprietary foam core, fiberglass, carbon, Kevlar along with dynel edges are impact and abrasion resistant with bomber strength.

  • Down turned blades give immediate directional control for rudder and draw strokes
  • The volume of the buoyant, full carbon, blade creates an exceedingly light feel for effortless and confident strokes
  • With white water specific reinforcement channels, our low-profile back face design allows for a quieter catch and effortless exit of the stroke while maintaining strength
  • Dihedral allows for smooth and stable forward paddling
  • Dynel® edges and Kevlar® reinforcement protect the paddle from the rigors of the whitewater environment

Werner Double diamond, Great all Around Paddle

For most of my paddling career I have been using the Werner Double Diamond, and I couldn't ask for more in a paddle. This paddle is not only great for just messing around at the local play spot, it's reliable in the harder whitewater as well. When running rivers with this paddleI feel like I can go anyware with control and ease. However, on the wave i can still hit all my tricks. The foam core blade is a big help when rolling as well, floats right to the surface and practically sets you up by its self . No matter what level of paddler you are, this paddle will improve your skills almost immediately!
