The Inflatable SHUBU Mods are inspired by our ultra popular Mini Mod SUP hardboard models. These models are constructed with super durable, extra light, extra rigid 6" drop stitch material and can take just about anything you can throw at them. When I first purchased the Boardworks SHUBU 9'6" Inflatable board I was mainly looking for something small that I could throw on my back and travel around with that would be good for nice leisurely paddles. What I found is a great board for navigating rivers, casual cruising and for playing around on. Pros Stable, very durable, easy to maneuver, extremely portable, tuned up rocker makes it great for rivers, easy to store when not in use and a great board to introduce people to SUP. Cons Haven't found anything yet. Usage I use the SHUBU 9'6" as a stable platform to teach people how to SUP as well as for leisurely paddles on flat water. This board is also a great board for practicing dock jumps and headstands and for use on some nice bumpy rivers.
