This is an interesting...

This is an interesting hybrid board, with a flatwater, keeled nose and a surf-style body. It's a really good starter board. I like the almost indestructible construction and the tie-downs in front. The tie-downs convert the board from a basic beginner ride to a light cruiser. If you're bigger than 150–175 lbs, I would go for the 11' model.

The only con about the board is that it's slow. That said, it paddles nicely, and the keeled nose makes it track better than a typical board of this size.

I totally love my Bic...

I totally love my Bic Cross 10. Its platform is super stable and comfortable whether im standing, kneeling, laying - whatever! I use it on Lake Michigan and it maneuvers the waves and flat water - whatever i can give it! Pros wide and light Cons cumbersome to tote down the steep paths to the secret beaches Usage recreation. my german pointer loves it!

This is my first SUP. I...

This is my first SUP. I wanted something durable that my kids can use too. It's wide for a very stable ride in wake & light chop. Plenty of room for gear & my child on the front. Pros It's light weight but durable. Cons None yet Usage Touring, yoga, dolphin chasing

The bic cross is the best...

The bic cross is the best combo/all rounder I've paddled. The nose helps it track like a champ but is rockered just enough that when you touch towards the tail a bit the nose lifts and it turns like a champ. The full length pad is great for kids I'm a real fan of Bic ace tec. Pros Tracks really well and has a full length pad. good gripping handle and tracks really well. Cons a bit pricey and would like a more visible color combination Usage I use it for exercise and touring. Have only used it on a lake.

It's a quality, light...

It's a quality, light weight paddle board. Easy to transport. Easy to paddle. The board has held up well. The only damage has been caused has been operator error. My grandkids like to take it out 2 at a time. One paddles, the other lays belly down and pretends they are surfing. It has also made it's way into the pool as a floaty. Which I do not suggest, expensive for a floaty. Pros Once on the lake and clear of other paddlers I can lay down on my back and let the wind and waves. rock the weeks stress away. Cons at 190lbs I might be a bit too big. or i'm just too old and clumsy. Usage water meditation, just get on the water listen to nature.

@ 5'8" 225 lbs I wasn't sure how this board would keep me afloat. We it did just fine. Mainly used for simple yoga and mangrove cruising. Pros Light weight. Easy to carry. Very stable board. Cons Nothing Usage Yoga and Touting

I'm only 5' and not very strong and this board is fun and easy for me as a beginner. I haven't tried many boards to compare it to but I do like this one. I hope to get my own soon! Pros Light weight, east to turn, looks good Cons Color options Usage Just for fun

This thing is so light! ...

This thing is so light! I've been paddle boarding for a year now on a heavy plastic SUP....I love the sport, but dreaded picking 50+ pounds on the the roof of my car. I first ran into Bic at the Paddlers Expo and was immediately attracted by the weight since I almost knocked it over it was so light. I'm also impressed about how durable it seems to be, the plastic coating over the fiberglass is what impressed me to take a risk on this board since the beaches can be rockey where I paddle. Pros Lightweight and stable. This is a great intermediate board that almost anyone can use. Lot's of tie down points, so I plan to get the deck bag for it soon so I can stay out all day. Cons Not sure how the flat bottom will be in chop yet. I've only had it out on flat water, but I am concerned about how flat it is. Usage Paddling around fresh water reservoirs. Easy paddling on summer days (and evenings)

This is a good yoga/lake...

This is a good yoga/lake starter board. It gains speed fast and tracks ok but not as well as other boards I've tried. I think it's the short length to blame. It's wide and stable and light and turns fast. I prefer my wing series 12'6" board for better tracking, a drier ride and an easier paddle. . The biggest downfall of this board is the very loud nose/hull slap in even very light chop. So this board would be best in perfectly calm water. Overall it's a good board but not perfect. Pros Light, compact, stable, lots of tie down points, durable, maneuverable, nice recurved carry handle, can float lots of weight(my 200 lbs plus extras) Cons hull /nose slap in even light chop, doesn't track as well as longer/displacement boards like the BIC Wing series Usage exploring Tampa Bay waterways

Bic makes SUP paddling...

Bic makes SUP paddling easy. The keeled nose helps me keep on track even though my paddling skills are not quite there yet. The full volume makes foot placement less critical (less tippy). Pros Easy to learn on. Cons High Viz colors would make it easier to spot in the choppy waves we get on Lake Michigan. Usage Fitness and Exploring Lake Michigan
