I just picked up one of these in the 200 cm size for my 8 year old and it looks great. I am sure it will give the good service that I have come to expect from Bending Branches. The price point is more than competitive with other paddles aimed at the children's market. This paddle weighs in at about 31 oz and is made from good old durable plastic and aluminum with a reduced diameter shaft and molded drip rings. I cant wait for him to try it out!
