Pros: Comfortable. Well designed to not limit freedom of movement. Every other feature you could want for a high-end touring vest (lash tab, reflective fabric strips, strobe holder, big pockets, quick-release strap for integration with rescue/tow system). Incredible range of adjustment for a perfect fit. Add fleece-lined hand warmer space behind pockets and you have a winner.
Cons: Extensive adjustability means lots of extra straps to fiddle with. Expensive.
