A good 2 person tight but too small for 3 adults. My wife and I are both under 5 foot 10 and relatively light. We have used it many times. It has never leaked. It kept us warm when camping in the 40s and has enough ventilation on warm days. We have used it a few times with our toddler son and was big enough but now that he is older it is too small for 3.
