My favorite of all the boards available at Mike's Paddle where I rent on a monthly basis. I breathe a sigh of relief every time I can grab one of these instead of the more clunky yoga boards or other "beginner" type boards. Been using this board several times a week for four months straight.
Pros
While it's an easy board to use for a beginner, it is not like pushing a pier around the bay. It's fast, easy to maneuver, reliable.

Haven't found any negatives yet.
Usage
Use for touring/exercise around San Francisco Bay. I go out for 1-3 hours each time, and at least twice a week.
