We use this SUP board on the river. I did go surfing with it once and got one great wave.
Pros
Looks good, paddles good, surfs good. I like the tie downs, we can take a small cooler along on river cruises.
Cons
the ribbed deck pad can make bare feet uncomfortable on longer trips.
Usage
river cruising, exercise.
