I rented a kayak from Waterline Boathouse for a morning paddle and fishing trip through Wallis Lake. I paddled out from the marina into Coolongolook River near the Wallis Lake Bridge and then paddled upstream with the tidal current towards Wallis Island. When I hit Wallis Island i turned towards Wallis Point and followed the Breckenridge Channel back to the Marina with a stop on Leon Island for some exploring.
Plan your route and time of travel to coincide with the tide and make sure you know the way between the many oyster farms as they can bring you unstuck if you don't know how to get through.

Conditions
Make sure that the north east wind is not blowing because this can effect you paddling back to the marina (headwind) and make things pretty choppy and uncomfortable.
